Each villa includes a queen-size bed fitted with electric blanket, Minijumbuck underlay and premium quality doona, bedside cabinets and lamps, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with large shower, a capacious, nurturing bath, a kitchenette with sink, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge, adjacent dining and sitting room space with television, and a private outdoor deck with stunning views of the lake. Each villa is heated and cooled with minimum-effort wall-mounted reverse cycle air-conditioning.

The Tree Tops Villa is upstairs and the Lake View Villa is downstairs.

The nightly tariff includes a continental breakfast of juice, fruit, cereals, artisan sourdough bread for toast and spreads together with a variety of tea, coffee and homemade biscuits.
